These numbers are useful. But they don't tell the whole story.
BMI, resting energy needs and estimated daily energy needs can help establish a starting point. But none of these numbers tells you exactly what you're losing as your weight changes.
GLP-1s changed weight loss. Now it's time to improve what happens around the medication.
The first wave of online GLP-1 care made medical weight-loss treatment easier to access. That was a major step forward.
But access to medication doesn't answer every question that matters.
- 01
What happens to your strength while you're losing weight?
- 02
Are you staying active?
- 03
Are you strength training?
- 04
Are you getting enough nutrition?
- 05
Are you looking at anything besides the number on the scale?
- 06
And what is your plan for maintaining your progress after the initial weight-loss phase?
We believe the next generation of GLP-1 care should address the entire journey.
That's why oMeds is combining medical treatment with Crunch Fitness.
The scale can't tell you everything.
You step on the scale. It says you've lost 30 pounds. That's exciting.
But what exactly did you lose?
Significant weight loss can include both body fat and lean tissue. That's why focusing only on total pounds can give you an incomplete picture.
Think of your body like a house.
If you want to make a house lighter, you don't simply start ripping out anything that weighs something. You want to remove what doesn't need to be there while supporting the structure that does.
- Layer 01Body fat
What we're primarily trying to reduce.
- Layer 02Muscle / structure
Supports strength, mobility and function.
- Layer 03Bone / foundation
Part of the body's foundation.
- Educational illustration only. Not a diagnostic tool or a measure of bone density.
This is primarily what we're trying to reduce.
Muscle helps support strength, mobility, physical function and long-term health.
Bone is part of the foundation of your body and deserves attention during substantial weight loss, especially when individual risk factors are present.
The goal isn't just to become lighter. The goal is to lose weight well.
A prescription is a tool.It shouldn't be the entire plan.
A medication-first weight-loss program can look like this:
- 01Evaluation
- 02Medication
- 03Scale
- 04Repeat
- The loop repeats
- Medical treatment
- Fitness access
- Personal training
- Measurement
- Nutrition support
- Long-term thinking
But that leaves important parts of the journey up to the patient to figure out alone.
- 01
Where do I start exercising?
- 02
What type of exercise should I be doing?
- 03
How do I begin strength training?
- 04
How should I measure progress?
- 05
What happens when my appetite changes?
- 06
How do I start building habits I can maintain?
oMeds + Crunch is designed to help close that gap.
GLP-1 medication is widely available.A complete weight-loss program is not.
Most GLP-1 offerings hand you a prescription and leave the rest to you. This program is built around five things working together.
Medical treatment
Your oMeds medical team manages your clinical evaluation, medication and prescribed dosage.
Fitness access
Crunch gives you a real place to begin putting your fitness plan into action.
Personal training
Start with a one-hour session with a certified personal trainer instead of walking into the gym without a plan.
Measurement
Use available measurements, including a 3D Body Scan at participating Crunch locations, to establish a starting point and follow physical changes over time.
Nutrition support
Nutrition still matters when you're using a GLP-1. Your program should consider adequate nutrition and the habits needed to support your health while losing weight.
Long-term thinking
Losing weight is one phase. Building habits that can help support your progress is another.
Medication is a tool.
This is a plan.
That's the difference.

Crunch Fitness isn't just a free bonus. It's part of the solution.
It's easy to tell somebody: “You need to exercise.”
It's harder to help them actually start.
- 01
Where do they go?
- 02
What do they do?
- 03
How hard should they train?
- 04
What if they haven't worked out in years?
- 05
What if they don't know how to use the equipment?
We want to remove some of those barriers from day one.
That's why eligible oMeds GLP-1 patients can unlock Crunch Fitness benefits with their program.

Use that session to discuss:
- Your goals
- Your current activity level
- Your training history
- Your experience in the gym
- Areas you want to improve
- A practical starting plan
Your trainer manages fitness.
Your oMeds medical team manages medicine.
Each stays in its lane while supporting the same patient goal.

3D Body Scan
Because your bathroom scale gives you one number.
At participating Crunch Fitness locations, a 3D Body Scan can help establish a measurable starting point and track physical changes over time.
Weight matters. But changes in body shape, measurements and inches can tell you more about what is happening along the way.
- 01Starting point
- 02Measurement
- 03Progress
See more than the scale.
3D Body Scan capabilities vary by location and equipment and should not be considered a clinical bone-density test.
15% off eligible supplements
Nutrition doesn't stop mattering because you're taking medication. Eligible patients can receive 15% off qualifying supplements at participating Crunch locations.
Availability, products and exclusions may vary.
Your GLP-1 price doesn't climb with your prescribed dosage.

If Semaglutide is determined to be medically appropriate for you, your licensed provider determines the dosage based on your individual treatment needs.
Your applicable program price remains $199/month across prescribed dosage levels included in the program.
Which GLP-1 is right for you?
Both medications are used in medical weight management, but they work differently. Here's a simple look at the two options.
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist.[1]
It works through the GLP-1 pathway involved in appetite and food intake. By activating GLP-1 receptors, Semaglutide can help reduce appetite and calorie intake as part of a medically supervised weight-management program.
One primary incretin pathway.
Medication eligibility and prescribed dosage are determined by a licensed medical provider.

Your selection follows you through the page. It does not replace a medical evaluation.

What did a head-to-head study find?
In the SURMOUNT-5 clinical trial, researchers directly compared Tirzepatide and Semaglutide in adults with obesity without type 2 diabetes over 72 weeks.[3]

Average body-weight reduction at 72 weeks · same scale, zero baseline
Average waist-circumference reduction at 72 weeks · same scale, zero baseline
SURMOUNT-5 was a 72-week head-to-head clinical trial involving 751 adults with obesity who did not have type 2 diabetes. Participants received the maximum tolerated dose of Tirzepatide (10 mg or 15 mg) or Semaglutide (1.7 mg or 2.4 mg).[3]
Average body-weight reduction at week 72 was 20.2% with Tirzepatide and 13.7% with Semaglutide. Individual results vary. Clinical-trial outcomes do not guarantee an individual patient's results.
These figures are clinical-research results observed under specific study conditions. They are not an outcome offered, promised or predicted by the oMeds program, and they are separate from program pricing.
Not sure which option is right for you?
You don't have to figure it out alone. Choose the treatment you're interested in, and a licensed medical provider will review your health history and determine whether the requested medication is medically appropriate.
The medication is a tool. How you lose the weight matters.
Don't wait until the weight is gone to start thinking about strength.
Significant weight loss can include lean tissue along with body fat. That doesn't mean everyone will experience the same changes.
It does mean that strength-focused exercise, appropriate nutrition and thoughtful monitoring deserve a place in the conversation.
That's one reason we've paired medical treatment with real fitness access.
While the medication helps with the medical side of weight loss…
You can also begin working on:
- Strength
- Movement
- Fitness
- Consistency
- Nutrition
- Measurement
- Long-term habits
How you lose the weight matters.
Losing weight is phase one.Keeping your progress is another challenge.
There's a common pattern in weight management:
- 01Lose weight
- 02Regain
- 03Lose again
- 04Regain
- This repeated pattern is commonly called weight cycling.
Think of it like cleaning out a garage.
You can spend an entire weekend emptying everything out. The garage looks incredible.
But if you never change the system that allowed everything to pile up in the first place, over time the garage can fill back up.
Losing the weight solves one problem.
Building a system for what happens afterward addresses another.
That's why we don't think the conversation about fitness, strength, nutrition and habits should begin after you've reached your goal weight.
It should begin while you're losing.
We're not promising a magic fix.
GLP-1 medication can be a powerful medical tool.
Crunch Fitness can give you access to equipment, trainers and an environment where you can become more active.
Neither replaces the work involved in creating lasting habits.
That's the point.
We're trying to give you more of the tools you need to do that work.
Different responsibilities.One more complete experience.

Your HSA or FSA may help with qualifying fitness expenses.
There are circumstances where certain fitness expenses may qualify for HSA or FSA reimbursement when exercise is connected to a medical condition and applicable requirements are satisfied.
When clinically appropriate, a licensed medical provider may determine that supporting documentation, such as a Letter of Medical Necessity, is appropriate.
This may help make certain qualifying Crunch fitness expenses eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement.

Why oMeds + Crunch?
Because you can find GLP-1 medication online. That's no longer unusual.
What matters is what happens around the medication.
We believe modern medical weight loss should ask better questions than:
“How many pounds did you lose?”
It should also ask:
- 01
How are you feeling?
- 02
Are you getting stronger?
- 03
Are you moving?
- 04
Are you supporting your nutrition?
- 05
Are you measuring progress beyond body weight?
- 06
Are you building habits for what comes next?
That's the program we're trying to build.
