• To provide the telehealth services you request.
• To enable provider evaluation, prescribing, and monitoring.
• To process payments and send service-related communications.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with applicable laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

We share information with the licensed providers who treat you, partner laboratories and pharmacies that fulfill your care, and service providers (hosting, payments, communications) bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms. oMeds does not sell personal information.

• You can update or delete your account information from your profile.
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

We use industry-standard technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted storage and transport, role-based access, and routine security review. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable any available account-protection features.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
