NAD+ can be raised acutely via IV NAD+ infusion or sustainably via oral precursors (nicotinamide riboside, nicotinamide mononucleotide). IV delivers high peak exposure but requires clinical visits and is more costly. Oral precursors are convenient, lower-cost, and provide a more sustained, lower-grade exposure pattern.
