Full answer

Genitourinary syndrome of menopause includes vaginal dryness, dyspareunia, and urinary changes. Local vaginal estradiol is highly effective and has a different systemic risk profile than oral estrogens; it is discussed within BHRT review. Systemic BHRT is considered when vasomotor, sleep, mood, and cognitive symptoms are also present and biomarkers match. Cardiovascular, thrombotic, and breast history are reviewed before initiation. Every plan is synchronous-video reviewed.
