Which pathway addresses hormonal dry skin?
Short answer
Hormonal dry skin in peri/menopausal women is reviewed in BHRT context. Thyroid is screened first. Topical and lifestyle interventions remain foundational.

Full answer
Dry skin has hormonal, thyroid, hydration, and barrier inputs. Provider review screens TSH and free T4 first because hypothyroid skin changes are common. Peri/menopausal women with matching biomarkers and symptoms are evaluated for BHRT. Men with confirmed low testosterone whose skin changes track with the deficit may see secondary benefit from TRT. Topical barrier repair and adequate hydration remain foundational. Every route is synchronous-video reviewed.
