Full answer

Cognitive shifts are screened against sleep, thyroid, B12, vitamin D, alcohol, and medication review first. Frank cognitive impairment is referred for neurologic and cognitive workup. Peri/menopausal women with cognitive-pattern symptoms and matching biomarkers are evaluated for BHRT. Men with confirmed low testosterone whose cognitive signals track with the deficit are evaluated for TRT. Patients with longevity-axis goals and cellular-decline patterns are evaluated for NAD+. Every initiation is synchronous-video reviewed.
