Full answer

Injectable testosterone (cypionate, enanthate) produces predictable steady-state levels on a 3–7 day cadence and is the most common modality globally. Transdermal cream delivers daily, more physiologic diurnal dosing but requires consistent application and transfer precautions. Pellets are a third option with multi-month kinetics. Within oMeds review, modality selection follows candidacy, lifestyle, biomarker response (particularly hematocrit and estradiol), and patient preference. There is no single best modality.

Educational. Not a substitute for individualized provider review.
