Most are dose-related and resolve with modality, dose, or progesterone-strategy adjustments. Persistent unexplained vaginal bleeding warrants prompt provider review and may require endometrial evaluation. Less common but reviewed: migraine pattern change, gallbladder symptoms (oral estrogens), and rare thrombotic events (transdermal carries lower risk).
