Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator that blocks pituitary feedback, increasing LH/FSH and endogenous testosterone. It is appropriate for men with secondary hypogonadism (low T with low or inappropriately normal LH/FSH) who want to preserve fertility or who prefer to support endogenous production over exogenous testosterone.
